Good morning ALL. We greet ourselves Happy Annual Convention in advance come 5th – 11th August 2024. Theme: HEAVEN. Our labour of love in His Vineyard shall not be vain and we will all make it to HEAVEN in Jesus Mighty name. Please let’s read below a brief summary of activities in preparation for Annual Convention, August 2024
a) Plumbing – Many repairs has been carried out by office personnel with the help of Mission plumbers. Kudos to the participants who were involved. These efforts will reduce pressure on the frequency of repairs on the toilets during program. Moreover, the integrity of work done will be partially tested during Ministers Conference and we must be prepared to have enough of our Sanitation plumbers to be stationed in our toilets. A defects lists was made to determine the current operational status of each toilet.
b) Plumbing Materials Store – I believe we have enough materials in the store to cope with all our challenges during the program. Need to check with the Store man about stock availability. Pst Peter, Pst Lere & other artisans to pls anchor

c) Electrical works Most of the Electrical works in toilets were done but the electricians need to go round before Ministers Conference to reconfirm the operational status of each lightning system in the Toilets. Ordination Toilets electrical cables were stolen and need to improvise lights for pre cleaning Dcn Wale & other artisans please anchor
d) Air Conditioners As at today, Most ACs in AGO toilets (Old Arena) and Ministers Toilets under the main Altar in New Arena are malfunctioning and repairs are ongoing. Need actions to complement the efforts. Pst Femi Kayode & Artisans to please anchor.
b) Two Utility Toyota buses. These vehicles need to be serviced and thoroughly check to meet up with requirements of usage during program. Pst Mike Nwoko & Artisans to anchor
c) Tricycle
Defect list was submitted to Pst (Mrs) Kuforiji to effect repairs on all kike Napeps. Repairs will commence soonest.
a) Sanitation Hostels – Many repairs are required .
Electrical – Dead Bulbs, Ceiling fans malfunctioning, kitchen food stuff Store, toilets with minor repairs, repairs of ceiling damages, etc, etc,
b) Lotto General Hostels. Need office to book for Volunteers. A reminder to Admin. Pst Tokunbo Akinsola should anchor
Pst Yegba & Lanre Agbadaola should expedite actions by liaising with Pst Simidu.
Office Admin should please contact vendors for mobilization. Pst Olanipekun to send reminder to Admin and do a follow up.
A Strategic approach to monitor activities should be designed and strictly follow up by All Coordinators. Because of prevailing situations concerning Cholera in the country, The fumigation team must be up doing with their work. Few fumigation pumps were tested with their nozzles malfunctioning and most of the nozzles pipes were broken. It requires urgent attention. Pst Alex and Pst Bayo Adipe must anchor.
a) Base Worship Devotion
All Musical equipment by now be booked. (Pst Ojo Aliu & Segun Adams
b) Registration ground and documentation *
Pst Jejelowo and his team should put all things together.
c) Base Materials distribution spots (Old & New Auditorium. The materials officers involved should liaise with Store material keeper in the office.

Need our cooperation to achieve their goals. All information about activities during program will be brought to the Board Room and fully edited before passing to Media Team and HOD gives final approval. Media Team to anchor.
Finally
We must prepare for the program and all hands be on deck. We must work together in unity to achieve our goals. Last year Annual Convention was great because we work together in UNITY, God saw us through Daddy GO and we were appreciated. This year must be far far better than last year. Let us encourage our Volunteers to be more active this year than last year. God bless you ALL in Jesus Mighty name.
